Apparently we are going to be spending the whole month of March celebrating my granddaughter’s first birthday. Sunday we had a little party at my house and then spent a few hours at the zoo. Emma squealed with delight at the orangoutangs. We are then having a small party at my daughter’s house on her actual birthday. I emphasize small here because the following Saturday is the big party with over 40 guests. I remember taking my daughter and 10 of her friends to Chuck E Cheese and thinking it was a big deal. In case you couldn’t tell, I am really enjoying being a Grampa. I think you all know my son-in-law, Mike. He is the one on the right…the bald one… the one not holding the baby. I hope that is clear.
