The Green Ceramic Stone will grind bed knives in half the time as a standard aluminum oxide stone. Its Microfracture technology significantly reduces dressing and cuts cooler. Originally designed for the super hard blades, it also works well on all standard bed knives.

Adjustable V-Pallet

This offers all the same pre-aligned precision as the standard v-pallet with the added ability of doing a touch-touch grind. Once you are done with the touch-touch grind, just reinsert the pins and the pallet is returned to its pre-aligned precision.

Bottom Support Pallet

The Bottom Support Pallet is more universal and can mount any bed knife. It grinds the top face of the bed knife parallel to the bottom within .002 inches. This can reduce variations in drag marks on greens.

Pin Alignment

Pin Alignment System for the bottom support pallet provides a series of nuts that can be set for different bed knives. Precision pins are mounted in the nuts. This will automatically align the front face of the bed knife to the pivot mounting bolt to within .002 inches. It takes 30 to 60 seconds to load and align the bed knife.

You can swap out the bed knife pallet for the chipper blade pallet in a couple of minutes then precisely and quickly sharpen your chipper blades.
