Is there anything more annoying than calling a company only to be put on an endless loop of recorded messages telling you to press one for whatever. I hate that and it is the reason we still have a real live person answering the phone. You may still be asked to leave a message if too many phone calls come in at the same time. I know something more annoying…SPAM phone calls. We get about seven SPAM calls for every legitimate call. The pic is of Melissa answering another one. It is a miracle that we still have phones and they haven’t been smashed against the wall. But we will put up with the SPAM calls just so you can get a real person when you call us.
